SINTEF has established a Project Office in Risto Ravanovski 15A, 1000 Skopje, and hopes to develop an SME Facility Centre in conjunction with SME-ART. The project activities are financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on an annual budget of NOK 3 million.
