The following shall be submitted (2 sets):
• Application forms for residence work/permit duly completed with a recent colour photo (3,5cm x 4,5 cm on white background)
• Copy of relevant pages of the passport (place and date of issue and all used pages)
• Certified Macedonian copy and certified English translation of birth certificate
• List of all family members according to the form attached to the application form. (This list does not need to be legalized).
• Application fee: NOK 3000 for RWP for family purposes and NOK 1100 for RWP for other kinds of purposes – to be paid in EURO at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the Embassy (no fee required for applicants under 18 years old). This fee is not refundable and subject to change without notice.
The following is required for specific cases:
Family reunification:
- Statement of purpose and guarantee form (Garantierklæring) stamped by the relevant Norwegian authority
- Documentation of family relationship with the reference in Norway
- Documentation of marital status (if any)
- If the applicant is under 18 years old: Proof of single custody if the parent in Norway has single custody OR letter of consent from the other parent if the parent in Norway does not have single custody
Permit for getting marriage:
- Certificate of single status (certified Macedonian copy and English translation);
- Relationship statement for marriage purpose
- Letter of invitation or guarantee form (Garantierklæring) stamped by the relevant Norwegian authority
- Documentation proving dissolution of previous marriage (if any)
- Other documentation from the Norwegian fiancé/fiancée (income statement, pay slip, etc.)
Visit to children (9 months):
- Documentation of marital status if available (certified Macedonian copy and English translation);
- Documentation of family relationship with the reference in Norway)
- Letter of invitation
- Guarantee form (Garantierklæring) stamped by the relevant Norwegian authority
Study:
- Documentation of marital status if available (certified Macedonian copy and English translation);
- See documentation required on the application form for study
Employment:
- Documentation of marital status if available (certified Macedonian copy and English translation);
Appropriate documentation for work permit shall be advised by the Embassy
Notes:
- The application must be submitted in person;
- Applicants are required to bring along all original documents at the submission of application;
- Additional documentation may be required.
